Back to school!  Yes, as all of the parents and school age children know, summer vacation is coming to an end as the big yellow school buses will hit the road on Monday morning.  Things always seem to get a lot busier at this time of the year, and we have lots of ways to help put easy and healthy meas and lunchboxes together.  What could be easier than a crisp ripe apple or sweet plum?  Buffalo jerky makes a great protein snack.  Hummus and guacamole make perfect after school snacks or additions to sandwiches.
