Shellbark Hollow Farm

Peter Demchur started Shellbark Hollow Farm ten years ago with just two goats he received as a Father’s Day gift. As his herd grew, so did his hobby of cheese making, leading to the birth of the farm. Shellbark Hollow Farm is a family-operated business in Chester County, PA where our herd of Nubian goats are fed a special dies which helps produce a high quality milk.

We offer a variety of goat milk products including fresh chevre, sharp chevre I and II, eight flavored chevre spreads, yogurt, kefir, ricotta, honey biscuits and milk.
