Barb Shelly brings organic poultry, sausages, broths, chilis and eggs to market. Her chickens and turkeys are raised in an open pasture without the use of antibiotics or any other chemicals. In addition to grass, the chickens and turkeys are fed organic grains, vitamins and minerals.
