Birchrun Hills Farm

Birchrun Hills Farm is a family owned dairy farm in the highlands of Birchrunville, Chester County. Sue Miller and her family handcraft raw milk cheese from the milk of their Holstein cows. We feature Birchrun Blue, a raw milk natural rind semi-soft cheese that is rich and creamy with delicate blue flavors; and Highland Alpine, a raw milk washed rind traditional mountain-style cheese that features nuttiness combined with a hint of sharpness. NEW this season: humanely raised ground veal from the Miller’s male dairy calves that Sue’s son raises. It is currently on the menu at Restaurant Alba in Malvern, where the chef has said it is the best tasting veal he has had!

Birchrun Hills will be at the market on selected Saturdays.
