The Handcrafted Cookie Company^™ represents our love of food,  particularly dessert, and our adventures in the kitchen over the years. A gourmet chef and a medical professional turned foodie, we love to eat and experiment with different ingredients, flavors and textures – sometimes disastrous, but always adventurous.

Developing unique twists on classic foods by fusing nontraditional ingredients has been among our most rewarding adventures. We have had great fun using a similar approach to develop our cookie recipes.

We also have a growing passion for healthy and natural, eco-friendly living that has guided us in the development of our natural cookie dough creations, from choosing packaging made from recycled materials and green shipping options, to offering organic, fair trade coffees, teas and other café beverages.
