July 11th, Buy Fresh Buy Local Festival
This Saturday, July 11th, is our annual Buy Fresh, Buy Local Festival! We have quite a few special guests joining us to celebrate! Locally renowned singer/songwriter, Carsie Blanton, will be playing for us. Highlighting recipes from her recently released cookbook, Almost Meatless, Tara Mataraza Desmond will be doing cooking demos with delicious samples. We are pleased to welcome the Handcrafted Cookie Co. as a guest provider, they will be featuring lovely boxes of their artisanal quality cookie-dough made from top quality, organic ingredients. It is a second Saturday, so we will also have many artists sharing their functional and wearable creations at the market. And, of course, the market will be in full swing with summer’s bounty of edible treats!
